This exceptional lot of late 19th to early 20th-century literature showcases a fascinating glimpse into historical science, invention, and education. Included in this collection are The Romance of Industry and Invention by Robert Cochrane (published by W. & R. Chambers, London and Edinburgh, 1897); Manual of Physical and Vocal Training by Lewis B. Monroe (published by Cowperthwait & Co., Philadelphia, 1869), featuring a charming handwritten 1885 presentation inscription; The Inventor’s Universal Educator: An Educational Cyclopaedia and Guide Patents compiled by Fred G. Dieterich (revised edition by Albert E. Dieterich, Washington, D.C., 1933); a corporate booklet titled A Cubic Foot of Copper (copyright 1937 by Thomas A.
