This exceptional collection of seven vintage advertising ephemera pieces offers a fascinating glimpse into the golden age of early talking machines, showcasing promotional pamphlets, brochures, and flyers from prominent manufacturers of the era. The lot features an Artophone Corporation “November Flyer” (St. Louis, MO) showcasing portable models, a Kimball Phonograph booklet and a color “Baby’s First Opera” pamphlet by the W.W. Kimball Company (Chicago, IL), a Starr Made Phonographs booklet by the Starr Piano Company (Richmond, IN) with a beautifully illustrated interior, a Stradivara brochure, a Kurtzmann Electric Phonograph brochure (Buffalo, NY), and an “Inspections and Tests” booklet by the Otto Heineman Phonograph Supply Company (Elyria, OH). These paper items display stunning period typography, interior machine illustrations, and comprehensive technical specifications for various portable and console models. Objectively, all pieces are complete and remain in good vintage condition for their age, exhibiting typical minor edge wear, light toning, and occasional faint surface smudges or small spots of discoloration consistent with handling and age.
