This is a remarkable find for collectors of Western and space art, a Deluxe Limited Edition set of “Paul Calle: An Artist’s Journey” published by Mill Pond Press, Inc. The set includes the large-format, leather-look bound book and an accompanying folio that houses a signed and numbered print, “They Call Me William.” The book itself is signed and numbered Copy Number 205/950 and features the artist’s original thumbprint, a significant mark of authenticity for this esteemed illustrator and painter known for his depictions of frontiersmen and the NASA space program. The style is classic commemorative art book. Condition appears to be excellent/near-mint based on the photographs, with the book and accompanying folio showing minimal to no shelf wear. The set is housed in a white slipcase, which may have minor edge wear typical of storage. H 12″, W 14″, D 1.5″
