This lot of 4 CTS CS grenades are from the Jim Geibel Collection and include 1) Cylindrical bodied dummy training hand grenade.
Type Designator/Model: No. 6210. Cal./Size: 2 ?-inches in diameter and 5 ¾ -inches high. Color: Unpainted Aluminum with yellow markings and two yellow bands.
Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems, Jamestown, PA. Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Yes
The one-piece lower grenade body is roll crimped onto a black plastic top. There is one emission hole in the base of the body. The fuze has printed on it “FUZE M201A1; FDL -2-1”.
Markings on the body are “6210 DUMMY; TRAINING ONLY; FOR USE ONLY BY QUALIFIED
PERSONNEL TRAINED IN THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT; warning and storage data; and the company
2) Cylindrical can shaped dummy hand grenade. Type Designator/Model: 6210. Cal./Size: 2 ?-inches in diameter and 5 ½-inches high Color: Aluminum with yellow markings Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems. Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Yes. The aluminum body is weighted. The top of the grenade is black plastic. There are four emission hole appearing circles on the black plastic, but they are not actually holes. There is a foil covered emission hole in the base. There are no markings on the green fuze safety handle. There are two yellow bands on the body. markings on the body are “6210; DUMMY; TRAINING; ONLY; manufacturer’s, danger, and storage data”. 3) Cylindrical bodied hand or launched CS crowd control grenade. Type Designator/Model: 5430 Launchable Flameless Expulsion CS. Cal./Size: 2 ?-inches in diameter and 6 ¼-inches high. Color: Plain aluminum with blue markings. Manufacturer: Combined Tactical Systems, Jamestown, PA. Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Maybe. A tear agent grenade. The top of the grenade has a black plastic insert, that separates from the body when the grenade functions. There are no emission holes. There are two blue bands around the body. There is a paper label on top of the fuze and another on the body that say “DUMMY”. Markings include “5430 LAUNCHABLE FLAMELESS EXPULSION CS; information on the danger, first aid and storage of the grenade, the maker’s address and their logo”. 4) Cylindrical bodied riot white smoke triple charge hand grenade. Type Designator/Model: No. 6211

There are no visible emission holes.
