This lot is inert,safe and rare. It is from Jim Geibel collection. These are rarely seen for sale – ever. Very long cartridge fired riot control round. Type Designator/Model: Tru-Flite. Cal./Size: 1 ½-inches in diameter and 12 ½-inches long Color: Silver and green with various color markings Manufacturer: The Lake Erie Chemical Company Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Yes. This is an old civilian cartridge. The steel cartridge case is 7 ¼-inches long. It is headstamped “THE LAKE ERIE CHEMICAL CO,; CLEVELAND, OHIO, USA”. The markings on the side of the case are chewed up and not very legible. The nose of the projectile is dark green. A yellow and red sticker on the side of the projectile says “DUMMY”.
