Description

This collection features four diverse Western and commemorative belts: a striking 67″ turquoise beaded leather belt with brass studs, a hand-hitched horsehair belt with a “Dakota Territory Gun Collectors Assn.” limited edition buckle (1995, #325), a black basket-weave leather belt with an enameled “Veterans of Foreign Wars” (VFW) buckle, and a vintage “End of the Trail” brass-tone buckle on a tooled leather strap. These pieces showcase various artisanal traditions, from Native American-inspired beadwork to specialized hitching, representing distinct facets of 20th-century Americana and hobbyist culture. The belts show honest age-related wear, including minor scuffs to the leather, light tarnishing on the metal hardware, and some loose fibers on the horsehair, but they remain in overall very good, displayable condition. H 67″, W 1.75″, D 0.5″. Please see photos for condition.
