Description
An incredibly rare and highly collectible tan wax cylinder manufactured by the Columbia Phonograph Company of New York and London. Dating to the late acoustic era of the turn of the century (circa 1898-1899), this early audio relic features a performance of the “Estudiantina Waltz” (Catalog No. 15136) as recorded by the historic Columbia Orchestra. This cylinder is in good, stable condition showing typical light surface age, minor edge wear, and faint mold spotting common to antique wax, but remains entirely intact with no breaks or cracks.
