Artist: Captain Ralph M. West. Late 20th century American artist. Framed oil painting on plywood panel. Signed by the artist in the lower left corner, and housed in a much older frame. Good condition, however the areas that appear to be stars were later added. Frame has cracks, drill holes, wear and losses.
