19th century American School, unknown artist. Framed oil painting on canvas, depicting fishing boats in the harbor. It is signed indistinctly in the lower right corner. Housed in a labored frame. The painting has severe damage including being relined with some tear restorations. Multiple areas of paint restoration. Needs a cleaning. The frame appears to have original finish, but has several chips out of the gesso.
