This fascinating historical lot celebrates the life and legacy of legendary American inventor Thomas Edison, anchoring on a 1933 “Menlo Park” Edison Institute booklet from Dearborn, Michigan, and a Haldeman-Julius “Little Blue Book” No. 1514 titled The Famous Inventions of Thomas Edison by Heinz Norden. Accompanying the vintage paper ephemera are two period portrait prints, including a larger postcard-style print depicting Edison at work in his laboratory with a facsimile signature, and a smaller snapshot-sized photo print.
