Gilded King Tut Egyptian Statue
This striking floor statue captures the iconic likeness of King Tutankhamun in a traditional Egyptian Revival style. Crafted from a molded composite or fiberglass material with a brilliant gold-toned finish and hand-painted red and black accents on the nemes headdress, this piece serves as a premier decorative focal point. The figure stands on a rectangular plinth base adorned with faux-hieroglyphic relief carvings. The statue is in fair condition with significant structural damage, most notably a completely severed left arm at the mid-bicep (piece is present but detached) and a detached right hand. There are visible scuffs, chips in the finish revealing the white base material, and general surface wear consistent with age and handling. H 44″, W 13.5″, D 10.5″.
