Description
This Nez Perce corn husk bag circa 1920s, is woven from corn husks and adorned with vibrant polychrome rectangular and triangular geometric patterns. On one side of the bag is a series of alternating horizontal lines with red and black featured alternating with a blue and black and then a blue series of geometric lines. The other side of the bag features more natural imagery utilizing geometric shapes with the design flowing from the top to the bottom of the bag. Both designs are quite different in nature from each other. Dimensions: 21” tall x15” wide. Please see photos.
