Description
Brass head tomahawk circa 1860s. The head features pronounced ridges where it is hafted to the handle. The bowl is beautifully turned and has a nice appealing shape. The base of the handle has a mouthpiece that is long and looks to have been repaired at some point. Good condition. Dimensions: 17” long (including removable plug). Axe head length: 6.5”. Blade height: 2.5”. Please see photos.
