Description
This Winnebago Birch Bark container likely dates back to the early 20th century. It is rectangular with a slightly flared rim. The container is constructed from a single piece of Birch bark, carefully folded and stitched together with natural fibers. The bark is a warm honey brown color with darker markings and textures that speak to its age and natural origin. There are some signs of wear and tear, including minor cracks and chips consistent with its age and use. Dimensions: 12” x 8.5” x8.5”. Please see photos.
