Description
This circa 1930s Pima basket features a traditional olla form with a finely woven design of Willow and devil’s claw. It features a series of figures all around the basket both below the waist and reaching up to the neck. The rim is a whip stitch pattern. Overall in very good condition with minimal loss to the weave. Dimensions: 11” waist diameter x 8” rim diameter x 8.5” tall. Base diameter 5”. Please see photos.
