Description
An absolutely classic and elegant table lamp from the early 20th century. This piece showcases eight beautiful panels of bent caramel slag glass, which emit a warm, inviting glow when lit. The shade is distinguished by its intricate and delicate pierced metal filigree overlay in an Edwardian style. The cast metal base is well-proportioned with tasteful floral and Neoclassical details that complement the shade perfectly, and is topped with a handsome stone finial. The lamp appears to be in excellent original condition, with the glass panels free of any visible cracks and a stable, even patina on the metalwork. Original power cord has been replaced with correct silk wrapped cord. Measures 23″ tall, with a shade diameter of 19″.
