Description
A very rare and unusual 1930s “twin” mechanical pin game, “The Silver King Twins” by the American Novelty Co. of Chicago. This fascinating piece of amusement history features two parallel playfields, allowing two players to compete simultaneously. The machine is in as-found, project condition, ripe for a dedicated restoration. The wood cabinet and removable legs (28″ long) are heavily worn and weathered. The playfields are very dirty, with faded graphics and deteriorated felt in the scoring areas; many of the pins are bent. The original top glass is missing. Its working condition is unknown and it is being offered as-is. Game balls present and visible in game. The cabinet is 32″ wide by 38″ long and 9.5″ tall in front and 11.5″ tall in back.
