October Fall Classic
Lot 2071:
Description
A classic electromechanical pinball from the golden age, this is the 2 player electro mechanical 1972 Bally “Time-Zone.” The machine features fantastic and vibrant space-age pop art on both the playfield and back glass, a hallmark of the era. Game play centers around the “Tunnel,” a motorized spinning disc in the middle of the playfield. The cabinet shows typical wear for its age, with numerous scuffs, scratches, and chips in the paint. The playfield has some wear from game play but still presents well. The back glass is in very good original condition with minimal flaking. The coin mech is intact, no keys for the locks. Plays and scores well. Measures 52.5″ long, 22.5″ wide, 71″ tall.
Circa 1940’s cast aluminum carousel horse most likely from a San Antonio Roller Works or a Mangles carousel. All we know is that it came off of a carousel that was parted out in southern Illinois in the 1970’s. The horse is a jumper with very nice paint. Comes mounted on a pole and a steel diamond plate base. Comes with a pair of stirrups but no straps or bridle. NOTE: Pickup/Transport required. Contacts available post-auction.
