Description
Contemporary wood carving signed and dated by noted wood carver J.H. Thompson 1987. Depicts a plains Indian chief in full head dress and fringed buckskin clothing, holding a removable eagle feather fan in his left hand. Very detailed carving is painted / stained. In overall excellent condition. Measures 72″ tall, 21″ wide, 20″ deep.
