This non-firing antique style cannon is for display purposes only, and not safe to fire. It features a black metal [aluminum] gun tube mounted on a sturdy wooden and has a metal carriage and trail. Several railroad pins are holding one of the wheel hubs firm. The wheels have a 40 ½” diameter and the axle is 5 feet in width. The aluminum gun tube is 42” long and has a 2” diameter. Each wheel has 12 spokes [one is missing on one wheel] . There is an elevation adjusting screw near the base of the gun tube. It is light enough to move around. Its overall length is 82”. A perfect display piece for your home fort!
