Description
This set of copper bookends is marked J.B. 2440 of the back and they are semi hollow and weigh 4.10 LB each. They have very nice patina with a touch green verdigris. Both bottoms are lined with original brown felt. they show gentle age and one has hairline crack from lower vest seam to neckline area. The other has tack sized hole on left chair base. They look stately and very proper for any Civil War historian or collector.
