This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and large red and gold banner decal. All of which are in above average original condition with the exception of a few minor scrapes on the decal. The four suitcase style latches are all present and in good working order. Has an original Edison automatic reproducer with a good stylus. Has both the proper playback and recording reproducers. Also included is an early style original recorder with a good cutting stylus. The carriage is fitted with a shaving attachment. The carriage and mandrel move smoothly. The upper mech and bed plate have their original black paint and pinstripes all of which are in exceptional condition and appear bright and shiny in near perfect condition. See photos. Has its original slotted winding crank and the machine winds, runs and plays. Also included is an original articulated horn support which mounts to the rear of the cabinet. The support has its original nickel plating in good condition. Also included is a 18-1/2" all brass horn with a 7-1/4" bell in good condition. Cabinet measures 16-1/2" W X 8" D X 12" T. This is a very nice example of an early machine. A must for a purist collector.
