Manufacturer: Penguin Associates, Inc., Malvern, PA
Country of Origin: United States. Long Description: Large cylinder with a trigger/spray nozzle on the top. There is a white paper label on the side that says “CN/X5 CROWD DISPENSER; PRESSURIZED TEAR GAS; the manufacturer’s location and logo”. The spray handle has a pull safety pin. Empty at this point. The company address has no Zip Code so it would pre-date 1962.
