Markings on the one-piece projectile are “CRTG 40MM; HIGH VEL DUMMY”. The headstamp on the cartridge case is “CASE CARTRIDGE M169; GCP85A001-003”. There are no legible markings on the case. The case has four small holes drilled in it. The case has a section of the link still attached. 2) Item Description: 40x53mm pressure test proof cartridge.
