Color: Unpainted aluminum with markings in red. Manufacturer: Federal Laboratories, Saltsburg, PA Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Yes. Cutaway: Yes. It has been mounted on a display board and two mounting holes are on the back. The top is roll crimped onto the body of the grenade. There is one emission hole in the base of the grenade. Stenciled in black on top of the fuze is “INERT”. Markings on the grenade are “No. 109 Federal; Pocket Grenade; TEAR GAS (CN) all enclosed in a rectangle of red dashes; CN 109”. 2)Sectioned small cylindrical bodied CN tear agent hand grenade.

Color: Red. Manufacturer: Federal Laboratories, Saltsburg, PA. Country of Origin: United States. Trainer: Yes. Cutaway: Yes. This small tear gas grenade has one emission hole in the base. It is partially sectioned to show the mock-up CN filler material. The top of the grenade is roll crimped onto the body. There are no markings on the fuze. Markings on the body are on a paper label and include “No. 109; FEDERAL POCKET TEAR GAS (CN) GRENADE; instructions on discharge and safety cautions as well as the company information. A large red “CN” is super imposed on the printing and two red bands surround the body.
