“Tiger and Gavial” Bronze Sculpture by French animalier sculptor Antoine-Louis Barye, features a visceral fight for survival between a tiger and a gavial (long-snouted crocodile), original was cast in 1831, heavy bronze with a dark brown patina, mounted onto a solid dark green marble slab, stamped “A. Barye”, good condition, see photos. 15″ x 8″ x 7″
