A fantastic collection of four reference books tailored for the serious phonograph and talking machine enthusiast. This lot includes the highly sought-after The Collectors Guide to “His Master’s Voice” Nipper Souvenirs by Ruth Edge and Leonard Petts, which features an authentic signature by Ruth Edge on the interior presentation page. Also included are Phonograph Dolls and Toys by Joan & Robin Rolfs (First Edition, 2004), Phonographics: Contemporary Album Cover Art & Design (Collier Books, 1977 softcover), and a beautifully illustrated volume from the Chamsori Gramophone & Audio Museum featuring a printed foreword/signature by director Sung-Mok Son. These volumes offer an invaluable historical look into early audio advertising, specialty phonograph toys, and cover art design, making them an excellent addition to any collector’s library. All four books show minor shelf wear, light corner bumping, and superficial scuffs to the covers, but remain in very clean, completely legible condition with intact bindings. H 4″, W 12″, D 9.75″.
