Description
This maritime grouping features two mid-century Australian BGE “Life-Light” emergency buoy beacons and a large 10-inch hand-blown green glass fishing float, all mounted on a custom-fabricated black metal display stand. The stand is designed with a tiered, industrial aesthetic, featuring three vertical supports on a rectangular base to elevate the beacons and cradle the glass float in its original knotted hemp netting. The BGE lights, marked Patent No. 116271, retain their heavy cylindrical bodies and ribbed glass fresnel lenses, showing authentic surface oxidation and paint wear from sea service. The metal stand shows minor surface scuffs and paint chips consistent with supporting heavy industrial objects. The overall set remains in robust, display-ready condition with all glass components appearing intact. H 36″, W 14″, D 10″
