Large No. 00 Aermore 4-note whistle (also known as the “Big Four”) exhaust-powered whistle popularized in the 1910s and 1920s as an accessory for cars like the Ford Model T. Manufactured by the Fulton Company of Milwaukee Wisconsin, it was famously marketed as “The Signal with a Smile” because its harmonious, four-tone chord sounded like a classic steam locomotive rather than a harsh electric horn. In overall VG used condition. 21.5″ long, 4″ in diameter. No actuating valve included. Measures 14.75″ long, 3″ in diameter. No actuating valve included.
