Marbles Arms, Game Getter with serial number “5520”. This is a double barrel, over-under gun, used mainly to hunt vermin. The firearm is chambered in .22 caliber rifle barrel over a smooth bore .44 caliber shotgun barrel. It features a skeleton folding stock. The walnut grip is in fair condition and shows nicks and dents from normal use. The left side of the frame displays the markings, “U.S.A. – Marbles Arms & MFG. CO. Successor” and “Game Getter” The right side of frame displays the markings “Calibers – 22&44” and “Patent Allowed”. The hammer features a pivoting hammer striker used to select the upper or lower barrel. Much of the original finish is gone due to normal use and storage. The length of the barrel is 15 inches and the overall firearm length, with stock extended, is 29.75 inches. The bore is clean and has good rifling. The action moves smoothly and is tight.
