Victorian Gone with the Wind Oil Lamp – Base Only, late 1890s, hand-painted white cased glass decorated with a blue morning glory floral motif, has central draft burner collar and shade ring with “Banner” mark, missing glass globe shade and clear glass chimney, no manufacturer stamp, small flaw near collar, no cracks or chips, good condition, see photos. 8 1/2″
