Vintage Photocrat Print Box, Model G1, produced by the Airequipt Manufacturing Company, New Rochelle, NY, used in darkrooms as a contact printer for processing black and white film photography, a photographer would place a film negative on top of photographic paper against the frosted glass screen, closing the lid activates the internal light bulbs, projecting light through the negative onto the paper, shows surface rust, pitting, scuffs, scratches and paint loss, power cord shows age, side and top dial are intact but ceased up, fair condition, see photos. 7″ x 7″ x 8 1/2″ Great candidate for cosmetic restoration project, industrial-style decorative piece or any lighting-based projects.
