Additional Description: This incredible image of Ted Williams and Babe Ruth was taken at a War Bonds fundraiser game at Fenway Park in 1943, with full details on the included metal plate. This is one of the only two color photographs ever taken of Babe Ruth in his lifetime. Although Ruth only wore New York Yankee uniform with pinstripes throughout his career, this is also the only photo ever taken of him wearing the famous “NY” logo on the chest of his uniform. Absolutely incredible photograph of two of MLB’s biggest stars.
