Description
Brown wax cylinder record, “Chimes of Trinity,” sung by pioneer recording artist Mr. Steve Porter. The handwritten notes attribute the recording to the Columbia Phonograph Co. of New York City with a date of 1897 and catalog number 4547, The cylinder appears to be in good, stable condition with a fairly clean surface and no visually detrimental cracks or deep breaks.
