Description
Brown wax cylinder features pioneer recording artist Dan W. Quinn performing the vocal solo “Irish Cake Walk,” originally produced by the Columbia Phonograph Co. (catalog #5298, circa 1898-1899). Includes the rare original printed paper title slip. Objectively, the wax cylinder is in exceptionally clean, stable condition with no visible cracks, chips, or breaks. The fragile paper title slip shows light creasing and toning. H 4.5″, W 2.5″, D 2.5″. Please see photos for condition. From the Allen Koenigsberg collection.
