Description
A quintessential example of the “Polish School of Posters,” featuring a whimsical, 1975 “CYRK” (Circus) design by the renowned artist Maciej Urbaniec. Printed in Poland by PWPW (Panstwowa Wytwórnia Papierów Wartosciowych), this piece showcases a dappled grey circus horse adorned with vibrant plumes and bows against a soft pink background. The poster displays the “KAW” logo (Krajowa Agencja Wydawnicza) and print codes (N-2730 75. B-122), putting its production in the mid-1970s. The artist’s name “Urbaniec” is also printed on the poster. Poster is housed in a simple wooden frame and appears to be in good vintage condition. The frame shows minor scuffing.
