(5) Propeller, Bell, Log Spinner, Anchor, Whistle includes a brass Michigan Wheel boat propeller featuring a keyed hub, stamped “13 x 14” and “SMC916″ , some cosmetic wear, a vintage-style brass hand bell featuring a polished brass body and dark wooden handle, 5.5″ diameter, 10.5” tall, produces a loud, clear tone, a taffrail log spinner, mechanical instrument used to measure a ship’s speed and distance traveled, marked “T.Walker & Son Ltd, Birmingham, England, 14″ long, a decorative brass Admiralty-style ship anchor used for display, 12″ x 9″, and a traditional brass and copper boatswain’s whistle used on naval ships to relay orders and gain attention of the crew, produces a high-pitched sound, 5” long, good condition, see photos.
