5 large late 19th – early 20th century brass bezel steam gauges in an impressive cast iron mount on a fluted cast iron pedestal. Gauges include:
10.125″ 200 lb. by American Steam Gauge & Valve Co. Boston, USA with brass bezel and nickel plates face in VG condition.
10.25″ 4000 lb. by Crosby Steam Gauge & Valve Co. Boston USA with brass bezel and nickel plates face in VG condition.
10″ 4000 lb. by Schaeffer & Budenberg, Brooklyn, NY with brass bezel and nickel plates face in VG condition.
9.5″ 200 lb. by Ashcroft Mfg. Co., Bridgeport & New York for Nordberg Manufacturing Co. Milwaukee, Wis. with brass bezel and nickel plates face in VG condition.
and a 9.5″ 100 lb by Ashcroft Mfg. Co. New York & Bridgeport with brass bezel and nickel plates face in VG condition.
All gauges are mounted in a heavy 2 over 3 cast iron, two tier, two piece display frame that measures 32.5″ wide and 24″ tall. The frame is bolted to the top of a fluted cast iron column that measures 67.25″ tall and is in VG restored condition. The frame and column is painted in a dark hunter green with gold flutes on the column.
