Overview: “Superstock cars are highly modified drag racing vehicles based on production passenger models, often featuring iconic muscle car bodies and engines.” That is this car to the “T”. A sought after Barracuda body that restored regular muscle cars will bring at sales $50,000-$60,000. This one is spectacular in detail and quality of workmanship in the modifications. The chassis, inner body, wiring and hoses, engine compartment, everything. Please see the photos to get the scope of the time and labor that was obviously implemented into this vehicle. The vehicle looks like it has never been driven, a real show stopper! It’s hard to list all the additions this car has; nitrous system, parachute, extra wide rear wheels, huge front brake rotors, roll cage, netting, custom hood and scoop, beautiful, flawless paint finish, perfect chrome, special tachometer, must see shifting mechanism, dash gauges, the list goes on. Over $50,000 was invested into the engine build alone. Also noted, some of the original parts from the change, such as front chrome bumper, interior trim, door panels, etc. Four to five large containers of new extras and original parts, including car cover and considering the owner states the engine and compartment alone has an investment of around $60,000, I would say that this car in a collection of classic muscle cars, would definitely stand out.
