Description
Recently discovered in an Indiana garage is a NOS 1953 Model 700 Whizzer Motor Bike kit. The original Whizzer Motor Co. of Pontiac Michigan went out of business in 1970. All remaining motor kits and parts were bought by Leonard Davis of Pontiac MI for a reported $5,000. Mr. Davis continued to sell the remaining stock off from his place in Pontiac MI. This kit includes the original shipping box as it was sent from Davis in Pontiac to Frank Rider in Wabash Indiana in 1972 – Note: It is NOT an original Whizzer shipping box. There are 2 manuals, an original Whizzer sales brochure, 2 parts lists, as well as original correspondence between Rider and Davis. Kit parts include the motor, drive sheave, flexible exhaust pipe, control cables, drive belts, trigger assembly, unpainted gas tank, pulley assembly, kick stand, and belt guard. will ship in a box approx 21″ X 18″ X 16″ approx weight 40 lbs.
