Lot 3522:
Description
The Public Exhibition Outfits was a specialized sub-catalog compiled by Sears, Roebuck and Co. around 1902. These “outfits” were complete turn-key commercial entertainment setups sold to traveling showmen, lecturers, and exhibitors. The catalog provided the essential hardware and media packages required to host a professional, paid public exhibition in town halls, churches, or theaters and included Talking Machines, Magic Lanterns, and Moving Pictures. This original catalog is in VG original condition and measures 11” tall, 8.5” wide. From the Allen Koenigsberg collection.
