Description
Produced in England by the renowned Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd., publishers to Their Majesties the King and Queen, this fascinating early 20th-century “Tuck’s Gramophone Record Postcards” Series A packet was advertised as “They Play, Sing and Talk.”lot includes the primary illustrated outer paper envelope listing vocal track selections—such as “Auld Lang Syne” and “Annie Laurie”—alongside three unused smaller brown paper interior envelopes. Objectively, the piece exhibits moderate wear conent with age, showing edge fraying, small tears near the envelope flap closure, corner rounding, and localized foxing and staining across the paper surfaces, while the three interior envelopes remain structurally sound with light handling wear.
