Description
This lot features two distinct sets of grips suitable for a Colt Single Action Army or similar frame. The first set is the classic black “Eagle” style hard rubber, characterized by the iconic “Rampant Colt” motif in an oval, typical of late 19th and early 20th-century production. The second set is a pair of checkered walnut grips, showing a rich, dark patina consistent with age and use. Both sets exhibit honest wear; the hard rubber grips show some fading to a brownish-black hue and minor smoothing of the checkering, while the wooden grips have softened edges and small indentations but no major cracks. One grip screw is included. Measurements for each set are approximately H 3″, W 3″, D 0.5″.
