Description
Beautiful American craftsmanship, a Remington Model 700 bolt-action rifle chambered in the powerful .300 Win Mag with a 23.25-inch barrel. This firearm showcases a high-gloss finished walnut stock with elegant fleur-de-lis checkering, a black forend tip with tan spacers, and a jeweled bolt that operates with extreme smoothness. Mounted atop this rifle is a high-end Leupold Vari-X III 2.5 x 8 scope, with clear optics. The barrel is marked “Remington Arms Co. Inc. Ilion, NY” and includes the “REP” proof mark, while the receiver bears the serial number B6241167. The rifle is in excellent condition with minimal handling marks on the wood. The bluing on the barrel and receiver remains deep and rich with only very minor thinning at the muzzle. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Included with the rifle is a leather sling, hard shell case and the original manual/paperwork for the Remington. Please see photos for overall condition. S/N: B6241167
