Description
The Colt Huntsman semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22lr is a descendant of the Woodsman line. The Huntsman was designed as a rugged, no-nonsense “woods gun” for hikers and target shooters alike. This pistol features the sleek 6-inch barrel, fixed sights, and the iconic Rampant Colt logo on the left side of the frame. The serial number 126748-C dates this piece to the mid 1960s. It features black checkered composite grips and a blued finish. The pistol shows honest field wear consistent with its age, including thinning of the blued finish, some light surface oxidation, and minor handling marks on the grips. Bore is clean and the rifling is strong. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Overall, it remains a solid, functional piece of Colt history.
