Description
RARE World War II M1911A1 slide manufactured by Union Switch and Signal Company. Only producing 55,000 1911s during World War II, U.S. & S. had the lowest production number besides Singer. The slide does not comes with internal parts (firing pin and exactor) but does have both sights. It is marked with “U.S. & S. Co. / Swissvale, PA. USA” on the left side. The parkerized finish is in overall good condition for its age, showing little wear. Please see photos for overall condition.
