Lot 1121:
Description
The Manurhin Walther PP is a high-quality, post-WWII, French-manufactured licensed clone of the classic Walther PP, produced by Manurhin from the 1950s onward. Due to post-war restrictions on German gun production, many PP models for European police forces were made in France. The Manurhin PP follows the original blowback-operated, double-action/single-action design introduced by Walther in 1929. It has an exposed hammer and a slide mounted safety/decocker. Chambered in 7.65mm (.32 ACP), this particular pistol, manufactured around 1953, features a 3.9-inch barrel, three 8-round magazines, three set of grips (rubber, wood, and plastic) and a new set of recoil and firing pin springs. The finish is in excellent condition, showing some holster wear on the edges. Bore and rifling are in really good condition. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Please see photos for overall condition. S/N: 15843 C&R Eligible.
