Description
Here is a 4th variation of the Walther PP pistol manufactured in 1944. This German Army issued pistol displays the “Walther” banner on the right side of the slide, along with “Mod PP.” The serial “348931 P” is stamped into the frame and slide, and the “Eagle/N” proof is visible on the barrel, slide and ejection port.” In addition, the Waffen 359 inspection stamp is visible on the right side of the frame and slide. There are remnants of the dull factory finish, and the black plastic grips with the “Walther” Banner are in solid condition showing light wear. The magazine is not serialized and displays the “Walther” banner over “PP7.65m/m” on the left side. Bore is clean and rifling is strong. Mechanically, the action and trigger are tight and appear to function properly. Please see photos for overall condition. S/N: 348931P C&R Eligible.
