A comprehensive, 58 piece mid-century modern style flatware service manufactured in Argentina, crafted from “Alpaca” (nickel silver) as indicated by the “Industria Argentina Alpaca APA Inalterable” hallmarks. The set features a minimalist, tapered handle design with a subtle central ridge and includes 12 dinner knives, 12 dinner forks, 12 soup spoons, 12 teaspoons, 6 fish/butter knives, and 4 assorted serving pieces (large serving spoon, meat fork, salad fork, and cake server), all housed in a vintage mahogany-finished Tarnish Proof Silverware Chest by Naken’s. The collection exhibits consistent surface oxidation, light scratching, and tarnish throughout, with some heavier pitting and discoloration to the serving pieces and fish knives consistent with age and use; the wooden chest shows exterior scuffs and a missing lock plate. Case measures 6″ x 15″ x 11″, individual utensils range from 5″ to 10″ L.
