Description
The Buffum Automatic Card Printing Press is a vintage, circa 1920 hand cranked letterpress, manufactured by the Buffum Tool Company in Louisiana, Missouri, featuring an automatic, high-speed vertical feeder. Known for being advanced for its time, it uses “dogs” to feed cards from the bottom of a stack and ejects them, often used for printing business cards. It seems to be all there and turns over freely with the crank. It does not come with any type or furniture. Heavy cast iron parts and base. Measures 20″ wide, 14″ deep, 23″ tall to the top of the flywheel. Note: Pickup/Transport required. Contacts available post auction.
